!Process
===========================
256 colour image processing
by
Henrik Bjerregaard Pedersen
28-July-1993
This program is ShareWare.
You are free to copy it and give it to anyone, as long as you don't make any
profit and as long as I'm fully credited. You may NOT sell it, but
PublicDomain/ShareWare-libraries may charge a nominal fee to cover the cost of
disc, postage etc.
If you like the program and use it regularly I expect you to send me a
registration fee of DKr 100 or more. As a registered user you may send me a
disc, a SAE and a £1 coin (or an international postage coupon) and I'll return
it with the lastest version of !Process.
Schools/companies should register one copy (DKr 100) for every 5 machines.
You must not modify any of the files in the application, with the exception
of the !Boot and !Run files which contain the default option settings.
Send your registration fee to the address below.
Pay by either cheque or cash.
Cheques: MUST be in Danish Kroner (DKr 100 = £10 = DMark 25), drawn on a
Danish bank. Any other currency than DKr will NOT be accepted.
Cash: Pound, DMark or whatever, but NO coins, only notes. And big ones too,
please.

About !Process
================
!Process is a 256-colour sprite processing/manipulation program.
It enables you to manipulated 256-colour sprites in a variety of ways,
including noise-removal, sharpening, smoothening, inverting, colour
separation, conversion to black/white or greytones, edge-detection and more.
Besides that, !Process also includes some of the features found in !Paint or
other basic drawing packages.
All in all, !Process includes almost 80 different ways to manipulate an
image, and many of these can be varied endlessly.
Why don't you make a 24 bit version?
======================================
Funny you should ask! By coincidence, I'm working on it and expect it to
be released later this year. Of course, it will be free to registered users
of this version.
This version
==============
Whirl: A cute little effect I saw in the Archimedes World review of Photopia.
Of course, my version is probaly faster.
Next version (hopefully)

Ehh, any suggestions?

Credits:
John Kortink: I must admit I got a few ideas from his !GreyEdit.
Most of the filters supported by !Process are
heavily inspired by (borrowed from) those included
in !GreyEdit 1.02.
Software Interrupt/Simon Huntington: I don't know how anyone
manages to live without the InterfaceManager.
Richard G. Hallas: Give that man any program and he'll be sure
to find at least 10 bugs.
Also, he designed the multisync version of the
sprites used in !Process.
Søren Lange : Found a rather annoying little bug.
Rob Miller, BAU: Thanks for the 1/8th page in BAU June 1993.
John Green, Carsten Hedegaard, Alan Taylor, Erik Ulijn: The only
registered users!!!
